The Vice President, AI Enablement Lead at Morgan Stanley will drive the adoption and optimization of generative AI within the Global Research team. This role involves leading a dedicated AI Enablement team and translating the needs of research analysts into scalable AI solutions. The successful candidate will combine expertise in financial services with hands-on AI capabilities and project management experience. The position requires both strategic and tactical contributions to establish an AI framework and support ongoing AI initiatives.

• 5-10+ years of experience in financial services, investment research, fintech, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and research workflows.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and Python.
• Proven team leadership, product/project management, and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to bridge business, technology, and governance functions while driving enterprise AI initiatives.

• Execute and shape the AI adoption strategy for Global Research.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases and build a roadmap to improve analyst workflows.
• Lead the AI Enablement team, managing delivery and developing talent.
• Translate research needs into AI solutions by partnering with various teams.
• Drive AI governance and compliance to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the AI subject matter expert for research and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Lead training and change management efforts to increase AI adoption.
