- Experience with high-speed IO interfaces and understanding of data structures.
- Proven understanding of PC systems, Windows OS, and Linux.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate in pre-silicon firmware development and testing to validate features.
- Drive silicon bring-up, feature enablement, and debug on silicon.
- Triage and resolve firmware issues observed during bring-up.
- Debug hardware/firmware interaction issues, boot failures, training failures, and silicon issues.
- Develop and maintain automation and AI-assisted flows to improve firmware development and verification.
- Work closely with system software, RTL design, DV, emulation, and post-silicon teams to unblock progress.

Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts.
