The SAP SD Global Lead position at Apple is a critical role within the IS&T SAP team, focusing on driving test management and execution for various projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams across different regions, as well as external partners. This role requires a strong background in SAP SD configuration and development, along with expertise in S/4 HANA. The candidate will be instrumental in implementing scalable test management solutions while adhering to Apple's methodologies.

• 6 years of experience in OTC business process, SAP SD configuration and development
• 6 years of expertise in S/4 HANA
• 6 years of experience in SAP Functional with hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• At least one full life-cycle implementation of an SAP OTC related project for a global, multi-national corporation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
• Experience with Pricing Management and E2E Integration with CRM, MM and FICO
• Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to work with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience working on SD interfaces
• Experience in payment processing including credit cards, loans, wire transfers, and mobile payments
• Experience in third-party sales processing
• GenAI experience and automation tools usage is a plus
• Experience in Service Management, Repair process & Condition Contract Management
• Experience in APO
• Ability to perform ABAP code walkthroughs and debugging
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to analyze issues

• Drive test management and execution for all SAP projects at Apple
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and implement test management solutions
• Follow Apple's software development, test, and project management methodologies
• Work with external business partners and third parties across different time zones
• Analyze issues and drive them to root cause in a high-pressure environment
