Job description
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in DFX Engineering at NVIDIA, you will lead critical innovation programs for next-generation chip development. Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management with a strong focus on semiconductor development.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the ASIC/SoC Build, Verification, and/or Bring Up/Validation/Productization flow.
- Experience managing innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives.
- Ability to handle rapid development cycles and constant change.
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience scripting and automating project management tasks; proficiency in Python preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with DFX engineers, development managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Own the full innovation program lifecycle for DFX technologies.
- Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Participate in key build reviews and technical forums.
- Act as the primary liaison between DFX Engineering and other teams.
- Proactively identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear status updates and communicate issues to leadership.
- Gather takeaways across programs and institutionalize standard methodologies.
