This position is for a Principal Software Engineer/Developer responsible for designing and implementing digital products and software applications across the full technology stack. The role involves developing production-ready applications and collaborating with analysts and engineers to define system functionality. The engineer will work within an Agile environment to support high-volume transaction processing and ensure the reliability and quality of delivered systems. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and advising senior management on technical strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
• Five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer or three years with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in front-end web application development using Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Participate in architecture design teams and define application level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects and recommend development testing tools.
• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Advise on risk assessment and manage project schedules and assignments.
