This position involves providing production support for applications and infrastructure at Fidelity, focusing on cloud, database, and middle-tier technologies. The role emphasizes promoting code into production using CI/CD tools and monitoring systems with tools like Cloudwatch, Datadog, or Splunk. The candidate will apply DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering principles to ensure stability and reliability of applications hosted on Kubernetes clusters. The role requires collaboration with various technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer providing production support services.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and one year of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer providing production support services.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing production support for large scale enterprise applications on AWS Cloud.
• Experience with incident management, request management, deployments, and problem management in a financial services or banking domain.

• Provide production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
