Job description
This position involves developing microservices, integrations, and backend services while ensuring product quality through automated and manual testing. The role requires creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and resolving technical issues across the full stack. The engineer will contribute to technical documentation and workflows to support divisional initiatives. The focus is on translating functional requirements into effective solutions that enhance customer and user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree with relevant experience.
- Three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer performing full-stack development and automated testing using Java, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful web services, and Selenium in a financial services environment, or one year with a Master's degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.
- Design applications or subsystems on major projects and for multiple platforms.
- Develop applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
- Support and perform all phases of testing leading to implementation.
- Assist in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications supporting several corporate initiatives.
- Establish project plans for projects of moderate scope.
- Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
