The Senior Systems Engineer role is part of the Associate IT – Platform Engineering team, focusing on advanced automation and infrastructure management for enterprise platforms like Intune and Azure AD. The team values innovation, collaboration, and accountability to ensure customer success. The position requires a full-stack engineer with experience in modern provisioning and automation tools. The primary focus will be on engineering and operational work related to end-user experience management and monitoring.

• 5+ years of experience in Modern Provisioning like Intune autopilot design and management.
• 5+ years of experience in Intune Policy, Configuration Profile and remediation script development/deployment.
• 5+ years of experience in configuring packaging, testing and seamless deployment using modern platforms like Intune.
• 5+ years of experience in Patching and Release management using Intune Autopatch technology.
• 5+ years of experience in writing production quality PowerShell and Graph API workflows to automate workflows in Intune/Azure environment.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Apple device management is a huge plus.
• Microsoft certifications, such as Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, are highly recommended.

• Implement automated detection and remediation tools for the Windows environment.
• Operate advanced monitoring solutions across the enterprise.
• Support and deploy applications to 140K laptops/desktops.
• Contribute to the stability of the environment through end-to-end monitoring.
• Triage and execute root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
• Provide strong observability capabilities to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with architects and system engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
