This position involves designing and building large, distributed systems that span multiple applications or domains. The candidate will shape CI/CD strategies and translate business initiatives into software applications. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior team members and advising senior management on technical strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Java-based platforms and web applications using Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native application deployment using Azure cloud services and Docker images.
• Proficiency in automating code testing using Cucumber Framework, Karate API Testing Framework, or Mockito libraries.

• Participate in architecture design teams.
• Define and implement application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects, components, and subsystems for the division.
• Recommend development testing tools and methodologies and review and validate test plans.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects.
• Plan and coordinate complex project schedules and assignments for multiple projects.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve various project and technology issues.
• Provide technology solutions to daily issues and technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members.
