• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer or three years with a Master's degree.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and supporting Spring-based projects using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise financial services applications using Object Oriented Programming and Object-Oriented Design.

• Participate in architecture design teams.
• Define and implement application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects and components for the division.
• Recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects.

• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve project issues.
