• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Director in Technology Management - Software Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and four years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting a core cross-platform framework using diverse technology stacks in FinTech systems.
• Experience in engineering a high-performance Java and Spring Boot automation core framework.
• Proficiency in testing processes for high-frequency trading by developing Java-based robots.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to multiple engineering and technology teams.
• Identify required technical and organizational capabilities and develop strategies to address gaps.
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence and stakeholder collaboration.
• Allocate, monitor, and optimize resources across projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead Agile delivery activities including requirement analysis and sprint planning.
• Define and enforce engineering, testing, security, performance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate integration and performance testing efforts across dependent systems.
