Job description
The Product Deployment Engineer at Google gTech serves as a key advisor to customers, bridging their needs with Google's offerings. This role involves translating complex customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable product strategies. The engineer will work closely with sales and engagement managers to understand customer objectives and provide technical oversight during implementation. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies and SQL databases.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Engagement Managers to understand customer marketing objectives and pain points.
- Lead technical assessment sessions to identify opportunities for bespoke solutions.
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
- Provide technical oversight during the implementation phase to ensure alignment with customer strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional gTech teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
