Job description
The role is focused on leading a team within KLA's Film and Scatterometry Technology Division, which provides advanced metrology solutions for semiconductor manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductor process technology and experience in managing engineering teams. This position requires excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. The team is dedicated to supporting customers from the research and development phase to high-volume manufacturing implementation.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in semiconductor process technology, metrology, optics, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical engineering or applications teams.
- Experience with semiconductor process control, optical metrology, thin-film measurements, scatterometry, or critical dimension metrology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical investigations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and scientists in the development of metrology solutions.
- Drive projects across multiple organizations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support customers from early research and development phases to high-volume manufacturing implementation.
- Ensure the performance entitlement of solutions provided to customers.
