The Cyber - Microsoft Security Solution Architect - Manager role at EY focuses on shaping and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions. This position is part of a rapidly evolving team within the National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice, aimed at addressing complex risks and transformation initiatives for clients. The role involves leading solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation across AI, Security, and Cloud domains. Successful candidates will play a critical role in building and scaling EY's Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across both sales and delivery functions.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

• Shape client opportunities and architect Microsoft-based security solutions.
• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a team leader, presales subject matter expert, and delivery lead for stakeholders.
• Support the growth and scaling of EY's Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability.
