Arcadis is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Intern to join their Water/Wastewater team in Chicago, IL for Summer 2027. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Civil or Environmental Engineering who are passionate about water engineering and sustainability. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals to tackle water-related challenges and develop sustainable solutions. The position offers hands-on experience in project evaluation, planning, and design activities.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
• Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and/or Revit.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Assist in project evaluation, planning, and design activities.
• Support the development of sustainability and resilience projects.
• Participate in fieldwork tasks like site visits, sampling, and water quality analyses.
• Assist in asset management projects and utilize data analytics.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
