The Cyber - ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Manager role at EY involves leading the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps solutions to enhance clients' security operations. As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will work with diverse teams to address complex cybersecurity threats and help clients optimize their security and cyber risk programs. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to mentor junior consultants while fostering client relationships. You will also engage in business development activities and contribute to innovative solutions in the cybersecurity domain.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow Security Operations solutions.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator and completion of relevant training for Security Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow Security Operations functionality, including integrations with other systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and processes.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

• Lead end-to-end projects focused on ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their functional and technical skillsets.
• Manage projects by overseeing day-to-day execution and interactions between EY and client teams.
• Engage with clients to deliver quality services and maintain effective communication regarding project progress.
• Support business development activities, including responding to proposals and building client relationships.
