The role at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. focuses on defining, designing, and developing complex radio frequency integrated circuits for wireless applications, including 4G, 5G, and 6G standards. The engineer will work on transistor-level design of highly-integrated transceivers and associated blocks, utilizing advanced process technologies. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience designing RF/Analog circuits for wireless products or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of academic or professional experience using two or more of the following software: CADENCE, Virtuoso, ADS.
• 3+ years experience in the transistor level design of RF analog integrated circuits with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in areas such as design of receiver and transmitter RF/Analog circuits or digital control and signal processing.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of small, well-defined blocks based on specifications.
• Run simulations to determine circuit performance under various circumstances.
• Work under guidance to floor-plan layout and partner with layout engineers to generate circuit layouts.
• Write basic test plans and review test results to assess performance and identify bugs.
• Debug simple issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Utilize Neural Networks for circuit optimization and analysis.
• Write clear technical documentation and feature descriptions for small projects.
