The role is focused on driving strategic programs and workstreams to transform the Spare Parts Supply Chain for Microsoft's cloud infrastructure. The Spares Supply Chain organization aims to ensure the timely availability of spare parts to meet global capacity requirements. This position involves collaboration with business and engineering teams to define requirements and manage program deployment. The ideal candidate will leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and drive business impact.

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain transformation strategies, digital transformation, process reengineering, and/or major systems deployments.
• Understanding of process engineering and software development lifecycle.
• Written and verbal communication skills for executive-friendly communications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence diverse technical and non-technical groups.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies such as Copilot and Vibe Coding.
• Proficient with Microsoft M365 applications, Visio, MS Project, SQL, and Power BI.
• SAP proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, demand & supply planning, procurement processes, and hardware service models.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and datacenter technologies and operations.
• Lean/Six-Sigma training, Kaizen, Agile, CPIM/CSCP certification.
• Program Management and/or Change Management certification, e.g., PMP, Prosci.

• Drive strategic programs and workstreams that enable the transformation of the Spare Parts Supply Chain.
• Develop and drive the vision and future state process and systems roadmap with clear articulation of business impact, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Program-manage the deployment and adoption of new supply chain capabilities and processes.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements and drive prioritization of work.
• Define program scope, schedules, issues, and risks, and conduct program status reviews.
• Cultivate strategic relationships globally and influence decision-makers through effective communication.
• Employ the latest AI technologies to improve personal productivity and drive business impact.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using tools including SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
