• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure and highway design
• Direct experience delivering transportation projects for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT)
• Proficiency in MicroStation including OpenRoads Designer
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain PE registration in Tennessee

• Support and deliver large-scale transportation infrastructure projects across Tennessee.
• Interpret project challenges and recommend best practices.
• Apply highway and roadway design expertise to solve complex problems.
• Develop high-quality designs in accordance with TDOT standards and procedures.
• Coordinate all phases of a project and mentor interns and junior staff.
