The Software Development Engineer III role in the Frontier ADC team focuses on delivering AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services to government customers in secure environments. The team is dedicated to innovating solutions and expanding services across GovCloud and isolated regions. The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and improve customer experiences while addressing complex technical challenges. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and a passion for building scalable distributed systems.

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional).
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
