This position focuses on managing test equipment and infrastructure within a high-velocity production facility. The role involves ensuring lab safety, improving manufacturing efficiency, and maintaining rigorous documentation. The candidate will be responsible for hardware development, validation, and troubleshooting, while also adapting to shifting project milestones. A strong emphasis is placed on process optimization and collaboration with various teams to support aerospace missions.

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
• 3+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
• 4+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance of TS/SCI

• Manage requirements, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades for test equipment and tooling.
• Identify and document critical process mechanisms to improve lab safety and manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct project planning, cost analysis, and vendor evaluations while coordinating subcontractor scheduling.
• Architect and assemble test racks, integrating various electrical support equipment.
• Design and build custom test fixtures and Automated Test Equipment for validation.
• Characterize performance and signal integrity using various testing instruments to resolve hardware issues.
