The AWS Transfer Family team is seeking talented engineers to enhance a fully managed service that supports file transfers for AWS Storage Services. This role involves understanding the B2B file transfer needs of enterprises and developing new products and features to facilitate cloud migrations. Daily tasks will include hands-on coding, debugging complex systems, and collaborating with peers.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Experience effectively using AI-assisted development tools

• Design and write code to deliver impactful features and optimize performance.
• Dive into data to make design decisions and measure the effectiveness of changes.
• Debug complex distributed systems issues requiring careful analysis and creative problem-solving.
