The Senior Product Manager — Metadata Intelligence at GEICO will lead the product strategy and execution for the metadata platform and IntentIQ. This role focuses on ensuring that enterprise metadata is complete, trusted, searchable, and usable by employees and AI-powered experiences. The position requires collaboration with various teams to transform metadata into a strategic asset that enhances data discovery and trust. The ideal candidate will possess strong product judgment and stakeholder leadership skills.

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated experience with metadata management, data catalogs, business glossaries, or enterprise search
• Track record of driving adoption with internal platform users
• Experience defining product requirements for AI/ML-enabled capabilities such as metadata enrichment and semantic search
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple business domains with competing priorities

• Set the product vision, roadmap, and success measures for Metadata Intelligence, including the Data Catalog and IntentIQ.
• Prioritize work across discovery, metadata quality, search relevance, stewardship, and usage intelligence based on user needs.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, governance, and AI teams to define clear product requirements.
• Write clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for various capabilities.
• Lead IntentIQ from early concept to production by defining target users and priority use cases.
