This role is for a highly skilled Software Engineer responsible for driving engineering and technical transformation across the settlements stack for both International and Domestic settlements. The position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while adhering to best engineering practices. The engineer will work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to create resilient applications and mentor junior engineers. The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

• 10+ years of total experience in financial services software development.
• Strong programming skills in Kotlin, Python, and Java.
• Deep expertise in system design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with trunk-based development and feature flags.
• Proficiency in TDD, BDD, and automation-first mindset.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Implement trunk-based development practices to enable continuous integration.
• Ensure high levels of unit test coverage and follow software design best practices.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including Agile and DevOps.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce secure coding practices.
