• 4+ years of networking experience including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies such as AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
• 4+ years of technical support experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience supporting a Windows server environment.
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.

• Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures to triage and resolve customer issues.
• Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations.
• Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal Windows and Linux servers.
• Configure, deploy, and replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of others.
• Provide technical support for Kuiper Production, lab, and launch infrastructure, components, and associated software.
• Provide remote support for Kuiper employees and infrastructure worldwide.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
• Assist with project implementations and technology deployments.
• Drive engineering best practices and set standards.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
