Join the AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR) team as a Front-End Engineer, where you will help enhance the web console experience for one of AWS's fastest-growing container services. You will work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to create intuitive and accessible interfaces for managing container registries and images. • 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 1+ years of experience in computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
• Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• 1+ years of experience with agile software development methodology.
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.

• Design, develop, and maintain the ECR console and public gallery using React, TypeScript, and AWS console frameworks.
• Build and deliver front-end features including permissions management, replication configuration, and image scanning workflows.
• Drive front-end operational excellence through performance monitoring, error tracking, accessibility compliance, and cross-browser testing.
• Collaborate with service teams on API design to ensure console experiences are performant and resilient.
• Participate in technical design reviews for front-end features and contribute to trade-off discussions.
• Contribute to code reviews and share front-end best practices.
• Triage issues impacting console availability.
• Contribute to cross-team console platform initiatives and share learnings across AWS console teams.
