The team aims to provide innovative cloud-based desktop solutions that empower users and drive smarter decisions. Candidates will work on complex technical problems and contribute to the development of high-availability services used by millions globally. The position emphasizes operational excellence and collaboration with various AWS teams.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Dive deep into complex technical problems and drive incremental system optimizations.
• Enhance the skills and expertise of team members.
• Partner with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q teams, and peer organizations to ensure effective architecture.
• Ensure services meet stringent SLAs across multiple production regions and OS variants.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues before they impact customers.
