• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and working software solutions.
• Design and develop software products that impact various areas of the business.
• Code and test system components while participating in code and design reviews.
• Demonstrate ownership of end-to-end code quality, system tests, functional tests, and integration.
• Collaborate across teams and roles to deliver results.
• Be responsible for overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor other engineers and help define the technical culture of the team.
