NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the CSP Engagements team to develop advanced AI/ML datacenters utilizing NVIDIA GPUs. The role focuses on enhancing the cloud-native stack for datacenter products and involves debugging complex issues related to Kubernetes and Slurm in multi-rack, multi-tenant environments. The engineer will work closely with customers to gather requirements and prototype new features. This position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver integrated solutions and technical documentation.

• Strong source-level expertise in Kubernetes internals and Slurm.
• Hands-on experience integrating next-gen GPUs or comparable accelerators into containerized clusters.
• Proven track record debugging large-scale, cloud-native stacks across networking, storage, and control planes.
• Customer-facing engineering or solutions-architect background with experience in requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical details and business impacts.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience in distributed systems.
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Perform deep-dive debugging of multi-rack, multi-tenant clusters.
• Gather customer requirements and prototype feature extensions for Kubernetes operators and Slurm plugins.
• Drive joint architecture reviews and convert findings into RFCs and upstream pull requests.
• Create reproducible testbeds that mirror customer environments and automate validation.
• Deliver technical collateral and present at customer on-sites and conferences.
• Collaborate with AE, FAE, and Solution Architect teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
