• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong proficiency with Apple frameworks and development workflows
• Familiarity with modern observability tooling and approaches like OpenTelemetry

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of applications for Apple employees
• Balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership and mentoring of engineers
• Drive technical decisions across projects and review contributions
• Establish and raise the bar for engineering practices and standards
• Build and evangelize tooling, automation, or process changes to improve productivity
• Critically review, verify, and debug AI-generated code using agentic AI coding tools
