NVIDIA is seeking an automation engineer to manage the configuration-as-code foundation for its EDA compute farm. The role involves migrating from partially manual systems to a fully automated environment, ensuring consistent application across scheduler cells. You will work on eliminating configuration drift and building deployment pipelines. • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in infrastructure engineering with strong configuration management depth.
• Real experience with GitOps practice at scale.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, and shell scripting.
• Experience automating stateful, long-lived infrastructure.

• Design and own the configuration schema for LSF cell deployment.
• Build the deployment pipeline for scheduler configuration from merge to production.
• Eliminate configuration drift across cells and develop tooling to maintain it.
• Establish a regression suite for scheduled LSF upgrades.
• Collaborate with the LSF internals engineer to encode scheduler knowledge into templates.
