This role involves collaborating with product and UX teams to identify new use cases and design product features for conference rooms. The engineer will also focus on leveraging mobile devices and sensors to enhance user experience. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders while solving complex problems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies like JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in leading teams.

• Lead the software engineers spanning all Room Experience teams.
• Collaborate with product and UX to determine new use cases.
• Design new product features to serve business use cases in the conference room.
• Partner with peer managers and technical leads to ensure teams' roadmap fits into the larger outlook for Meet and Workspace.
