• 4+ years of combined experience in program management and mechanical/electrical engineering delivering products comprised of multiple materials.
• Experience leading full life-cycle product development in dynamic work environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Ability to anticipate functional direction and roadblocks.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience engaging with manufacturers on DFM, FAI/CPK, QC, and production timelines.
• BSME/SE/EE degree or equivalent; MS degree preferred.
• Experience working with Product Design, Industrial Design, Operations, and System Architecture.
• Wide knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing timelines.

• Drive the program through the entire development process.
• Create and maintain streamlined schedules.
• Manage manufacturing and assembly upstream and at the contract manufacturer.
• Present multiple levels of status updates to organizational leaders and executives.
• Establish a daily build plan and provide clear direction to meet program objectives.
