The individual will lead initiatives to deliver business and technical improvements while collaborating with various teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages including Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.

• Define, lead, and own highly complex program charters across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Design optimized program communication plans and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Establish scalable organizational processes and implement specialized tooling to capture user feedback at scale.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration among User Experience Research, Program Managers, and engineering partners.
• Anticipate change management requirements and develop rollout plans for program escalations.
