The Customer Engineering Manager II for Google Cloud Fraud Defense will lead a team focused on expanding relationships with customers and enhancing the reCAPTCHA business. This role involves acting as trusted advisors to customers, ensuring they have the necessary technical skills to implement solutions effectively. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Leadership experience including people management, team lead, mentorship, and coaching.
• Experience with security technologies or concepts.
• Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.
• Experience with the adoption of specialized workloads such as Cloud AI and Data Analytics.

• Develop and maintain a high-performing Customer Engineering team that meets and exceeds quarterly business goals.
• Support the team's partnership with reCAPTCHA Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Enable the team to demonstrate and validate solution benefits of User Protection Services products in customer environments.
• Lead the team in technical aspects of solutions, including supporting reCAPTCHA opportunities and customer relationships.
• Ensure the team prepares and delivers product messaging to highlight the solutions' value proposition.
