The Product Manager for the Investor Technology team at Blackstone is responsible for bridging strategy and technology execution to solve real business challenges. This role focuses on building new products and democratizing data for non-technical users. The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment across various business functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, project management, and/or business analytics preferred.
• Experience conducting thorough research to understand user motivations and workflow.
• Ability to lead and manage projects with minimal oversight and make independent decisions.
• Experience recording detailed requirements or design documents.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and breaking down key features into user stories.
• Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization and BI tools, CRM systems, and data warehouse tools.

• Navigate ambiguity to define, structure, and deliver strategic technology initiatives across Investor Technology.
• Act as the first responder to business needs, addressing data gaps, process friction, or new insights required.
• Partner with investment professionals, developers, and stakeholders to document and triage requests.
• Define MVPs, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks related to sales tracking and client engagement.
• Coordinate across functional business and technology areas to deliver complete solutions.
• Maintain critical data tables that power downstream reporting and insights.
• Document recurring issues and propose solutions to institutionalize processes and governance.
