Job description
The Client Focused Analyst (SA) role at Boston Consulting Group's People and Organization Practice Area focuses on Culture & Change Management. The position involves delivering value to clients through expertise and knowledge assets while supporting transformation and change management efforts. The analyst will work collaboratively with case teams and topic leaders, contributing to client cases and internal commercialization efforts. Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in change management, culture transformation, or program management is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in leadership, communications, culture, program management, wellbeing, and behavioral science is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed to interact with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a content expert and advisor to case teams and topic leaders.
- Help structure and solve complex client issues around transformation and change management.
- Support commercialization efforts by contributing analysis and insights to proposals.
- Develop workshops or knowledge sharing sessions and marketing materials.
- Contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic expertise.
