The role of Manager in Technology Consulting at EY focuses on providing technology consulting services to asset and wealth management firms. The team is responsible for leading client engagements and implementing technology solutions that enhance business performance. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide diverse teams and maintain long-term client relationships. The Manager will also manage risks and generate new business opportunities within the sector.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in the mentioned fields and 4 years of related work experience.
• Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: Banking, Capital Markets, Property & Casualty or Life Insurance, and/or Wealth and Asset Management.
• Must have 4 years of experience in program/project management, technology architecture, and data analysis within financial services.
• Must have 4 years of experience in wealth and/or asset management operations, regulatory compliance, or data management.

• Provide technology consulting services to asset and wealth management firms.
• Lead client engagements to define and implement technology solutions.
• Advise on technology strategy, platform assessment, and information management services.
• Lead and direct teams of professionals, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and manage risks in service delivery.
