Arcadis is seeking a Geologist or Environmental Scientist Intern for Summer 2027 in Raleigh or Cary, NC. This internship offers a team-oriented environment focused on mentoring and professional growth. Interns will gain exposure to a variety of environmental remediation and restoration projects, emphasizing environmental compliance. The role is part of the Resilience Environment business area, dedicated to protecting natural resources for future generations.

• Pursuing a BS in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Additional skills in AutoCAD, GIS, and programming are preferred.

• Provide field and office support for site-wide monitoring and investigation activities.
• Assist project teams with remediation system operation and permitted facilities.
• Engage in office work including task coordination, data compilation, and quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare health and safety plans, reports, and regulatory file reviews.
• Support project strategy development, scheduling, and cost estimate preparation.
