The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of application programming principles and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot coding challenges. The individual will work with considerable autonomy, influencing design decisions and collaborating with teams to optimize processes. The position also involves coaching new recruits and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• 5+ years in a product development/product management environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven and results-oriented
• Experience delivering with an agile methodology
• Experience in affecting large culture change
• Experience leading infrastructure programs
• Skilled at working with third-party service providers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
