The Trade Payables Finance Systems Solutions Engineering Lead is a senior management position within Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions group. This role focuses on leading a Business Solution Analyst unit to develop innovative business systems for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. The position requires collaboration with various teams to define strategic goals and drive technical direction. The lead will also foster a culture of innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

• 10+ years of hands-on business solution analysis and technology delivery experience
• Deep expertise as a technology solutions leader in a large organization
• Experience driving software delivery transformation through SAFe Agile practices
• Knowledge of Domain Driven design, BDD, TDD, and associated Developer Toolchains
• Hands-on experience with Java & Spring Framework, RDBMS (Oracle), and NoSQL (MongoDB)

• Establish and lead a Business Solution Analyst unit focused on Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to define vision and strategy.
• Drive strategic discussions with stakeholders to balance efforts and delivery timelines.
• Design and recommend new solutions to keep business systems competitive.
• Manage project reporting, planning, issue tracking, and client relationships.
