The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role involves leading applications systems analysis and programming activities to enhance business processes and system integration. The analyst will provide expertise in applications programming while ensuring adherence to architectural standards. Additionally, the position requires mentoring mid-level developers and analysts to foster a collaborative team environment.

• At least 6-10 years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong experience and knowledge in Core Java 11/17 and J2EE.
• Solid understanding and experience with Microservices architecture, particularly Spring Boot.
• Expert level SQL skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.

• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
