NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Storage Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate storage platforms that support various engineering workflows, including EDA FARM and AI/ML teams. The role involves managing a multi-vendor storage infrastructure and driving automation and integration to create a self-service platform. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored storage solutions and ensure operational excellence. This position is critical for enhancing NVIDIA's capabilities in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise storage systems in large-scale production environments.
• Deep working knowledge of at least three platforms from the stack: NetApp ONTAP, Pure Storage, Cloudian, and DDN.
• Strong command of storage protocols including NFS, SMB, iSCSI, NVMe-oF, S3, and Lustre.
• Proven experience building infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent IaC tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Experience integrating storage systems with CMDB platforms and observability stacks.
• Solid experience with CI/CD platforms and Git-based workflows.
• MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Lead end-to-end deployment of storage systems across multiple platforms.
• Define and enforce configuration standards and operational runbooks.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code frameworks for automation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for storage configuration deployments.
• Develop integrations between storage platforms and the broader infrastructure ecosystem.
• Manage day-2 operations including capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Partner with various teams to deliver integrated storage solutions.
• Champion GitOps practices for storage management.
