Fidelity's ALM Tools and Platforms team is seeking a Technical Engineering Lead to oversee and enhance enterprise artifact management platforms. This hands-on leadership role requires a blend of technical expertise, platform operations, and team management. The focus is on ensuring the availability, performance, and security of artifact platforms while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and work closely with various stakeholders across the organization.

• Strong experience with JFrog Artifactory, Sonatype Nexus, or similar artifact repositories.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, and EC2.
• Proven track record of running large-scale, business-critical enterprise platforms.
• Deep understanding of open source ecosystems and package management.
• Strong grounding in high availability, resilience, and observability.

• Design, operate, and scale artifact management platforms.
• Contribute to platform configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Own the availability, performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of artifact platforms.
• Manage the ingestion, storage, and distribution of open source and third-party packages.
• Implement software supply chain security controls including vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.
• Architect and operate platforms handling large volumes of artifacts and requests.
• Lead or contribute to migrations from on-premises to cloud or hybrid architectures.
• Design systems for high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers responsible for artifact management platforms.
• Partner closely with DevOps, CI/CD, security, SRE, and developer teams.
