The Lead Technical Program Manager for Fiber Infrastructure Engineering and Delivery at Google will oversee complex engineering projects related to fiber optic networks and data center infrastructure. This role involves managing a comprehensive technical portfolio and ensuring the alignment of technical requirements with business objectives. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor a global team of Technical Program Managers.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management, focusing on infrastructure projects.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Experience in both fiber optic network design/deployment and data center infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Orchestrate global program strategy to drive consistency and align technical requirements with business objectives.
• Serve as a technical leader for Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), and New Product Initiatives (NPI).
• Manage relationships across a global chain of partners and collaborate with design firms, carriers, and internal teams.
• Establish systems to implement innovative solutions optimizing end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a global team of Technical Program Managers.
