The Senior UX Engineer, Search AI role at Google focuses on enhancing user experiences through innovative design and engineering solutions. As part of a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with engineering and product management to create prototypes and launch features that redefine search interactions. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Experience in application development in one platform/area such as web, iOS, or Android.
• Experience building or prototyping across Web and Native Mobile platforms.
• Experience with UI animation mechanics and rendering performance.

• Author production-grade front-end code and reusable components across Web and Native Mobile platforms.
• Build Live Experiments and interactive sandboxes to validate user feel and performance under real-world conditions.
• Develop and maintain tooling, pipelines, and frameworks that empower partner teams and shorten design-to-implementation timelines.
• Systemize motion tokens and fluid transition frameworks into the Search Design System for scalable governance.
• Provide technical leadership on ambiguous interaction explorations, collaborating across UX, software engineering, and product teams.
