• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with software debugging and troubleshooting.
• 5 years of experience with software development in C, C++, or Rust.
• 3 years of experience with embedded software design and architecture.

• Architect and lead the cross-functional debug and tracing strategy across all software layers.
• Design distributed tracing, crash collection, and state synchronization mechanisms.
• Define post-mortem crash dumping, watchdog managing, and clean reboot/recovery flows.
• Define and enforce comprehensive PII managing policies and compliance frameworks.
• Drive requirements for automated log parsers and fleet-wide observability dashboards.
