The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical work into business impact. The position emphasizes problem-solving and the application of data science to optimize operations and address emerging challenges.

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 6 years of work experience with a PhD degree.
• 10 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 8 years of work experience with a PhD degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role preferred.

• Lead a team of high performing data scientists and analysts across the Americas and EMEA regions.
• Define and drive team roadmap and partnerships to enhance Trust & Safety's impact.
• Articulate the team’s work and deliverables to a cross-functional audience.
• Identify and support the team in solving existing and emerging data science opportunities.
