The Senior Engineering Analyst for AI Answers at Google Search will lead the architecture and scaling of automated safety evaluation and enforcement platforms for generative AI products. This role is part of the Trust and Safety team, which focuses on delivering trusted AI experiences while ensuring product safety. The analyst will work closely with product and engineering teams to drive alignment on technical roadmaps and risk management. The position requires a strong technical background and a passion for AI integrity and abuse prevention.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and generating summary statistics.
• 5 years of experience in the anti-abuse domain, focusing on signal analysis and cyber security.
• Experience programming in one or more languages such as SQL, Python, or Golang.

• Establish metrics and benchmarks for Generative-AI issues and quantify improvements.
• Develop datasets and run evaluations for engineers to enhance Search, Labs, and Assistant products.
• Drive project delivery using technical judgment and manage interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Improve tools and operational workflows through data analysis and process improvements.
• Design and scale production-grade LLM-as-a-judge autoraters for real-time launch decisions.
