The role involves owning end-to-end failure analysis across hardware, firmware, silicon, and integration for the Helios server platform. The engineer will drive firmware-aware hardware debug and determine the root causes of system-level failures. This position requires collaboration with various teams to improve platform quality and ensure effective corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in systems integration and failure analysis for complex server systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong experience debugging server, hyperscale, GPU/accelerator, or comparable complex compute platforms.
• Ability to isolate failures across firmware-controlled hardware behavior and system configuration boundaries.
• Hands-on proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab validation equipment.
• Experience using Python, shell scripting, or Linux tools for automation.

• Lead end-to-end failure analysis and root cause ownership for Helios server platform bring-up.
• Own platform bring-up debug across various system components including BIOS, BMC, and PCIe.
• Develop and execute structured debug plans using various diagnostic tools and logs.
• Validate firmware-controlled hardware behavior using scopes and logic analyzers.
• Create clear technical reports and documentation that communicate failure modes and recommended actions.
